On Saturday, June 15th the club hosted a Clean Up Day from 9.30am to 12pm. Thanks to Sean Buggle and all who helped on the day.
Our club is a team on the pitch and off it. We are extremely lucky to have so many fantastic members who volunteer in our club be it on the pitch coaching our many teams ,maintenance of our grounds or on the many committees from lotto and our sports committees.

We would ask all members to please take note of below in order to help keep the club looking at it's best and to ensure the safety of all our players. If you are in a position to help or have skills to offer the club please contact secretary.ardclough.kildare@gaa.ie.
Dogs
With the exception of guide / assistance dogs, no dogs are permitted on the grounds of the club. It is unfair to players, coaches and officials and also a health issue to have dogs on the grounds. Signage as below is placed at entrance to the pitches and on the walls of the clubhouse.
All-Weather Pitch
Through the generosity of our club members, the new all-weather was opened last year. In order to help coaches get access to the all-weather a lock with a pin code has been placed on the all-weather.
No juvenile members should be on the all-weather without a coach or adult present.
Only the appropriate footwear should be worn in order to protect the surface. Please refer to footwear guide below and ensure that the footwear guidelines are sent to visiting teams.
Recently rubbish has been left in the all-weather and stones thrown on the surface. The gate must be closed and locked when training has finished.

Lights and Dressing Rooms
Please ensure if you are the last person to leave the grounds that all lights are turned off , the back door to the dressing rooms are closed and the all-weather and skills wall are locked. Due to the number of different teams we have training each night and playing matches, the first person to open the dressing rooms may not be the last person there.
For the floodlights, please follow the instructions beside the generator to ensure the lights are turned on and off correctly (one at a time).
Lost & Found
There are various items left behind after training and matches. These have been left inside the back door at the dressing rooms. We would encourage all members to check here for items regularly.
Please respect the facilities. They are there for all our benefit.
Thank you,
Executive Committee
