Many thanks to our members for their prompt membership payments in 2024. Club Membership Renewal notices will issue to all existing members on Friday, the 20th December and we would ask that memberships are renewed as soon as possible.

Club Membership is a key source of revenue for our Club each year and ensures our continued success and development. We have a one-club approach to our membership fees as our membership covers fees for GAA, Camogie Association and LGFA.

Support our Club by Joining
As always it is important for members to support our club and to have a voice in its future development. We would encourage all parents of juvenile players to become members of the club by purchasing a “Family Membership” which gives 2 full adult memberships and unlimited child family members.

Membership Plans 2025

Please also note that all Team Coaches / Mentors and Club Officers must ensure their membership has been paid for the year and that they hold full memberships.

If you make use of the facilities, including the bar, you must be a full or social member. Any guest of a member must be signed into the clubhouse.

* Note: G4MO & D&L (Social Football) memberships are not covered by LGFA or GAA player injury funds thereby members must have their own personal injury cover or the cover recommended by the relevant Association.

Existing Members (2024)
All existing members will receive a renewal email to the address they used for their 2024 membership on December 20th. Please use the link in the email to renew your membership or click the below link.

New Members for 2025
Ardclough GAA use Clubzap to manage communications and payments for the club.  Membership can be purchased by opening the Clubzap App, clicking on “Clubhouse” and selecting “Membership”. Alternatively, please use the link below:

Membership Deadline
All membership payments must be made before 31st March 2025. This is to ensure playing members are registered with the correct Governing Body (GAA, Camogie Association, LGFA) in order to train and play matches.

Only full members (holders of Adult Playing / Adult Non-Playing / Senior Citizens / Student / 2 Family Memberships – Adult Playing / Non-Playing) who have paid membership prior to the 31st March 2025 will be entitled to voting rights.

Payment Options
As in other years there will be an option to pay membership in full, in three monthly instalments or six monthly instalments. Please note that where a member chooses to pay by instalments, in order to be considered to be a full member for the purposes of voting, the first instalment payment must be received by 31st March 2025.

Membership with Lotto
There is also an option to add a yearly Lotto ticket when you purchase your membership. Our weekly lotto is another important source of funding for the Club and we encourage all members to add a yearly ticket to their membership.

Volunteers
Volunteers are the life and soul of every GAA Club. Without volunteers to sit on committees, to look after our facilities, to fundraise money we cannot function. Plus, volunteering is a chance to develop new skills, meet like-minded people, and give back in a rewarding way.

This year when renewing your membership there will be an option to choose from an area you might like to help with or get involved with, or if there is some other area that you can help with please let us know.

As always, if members are experiencing financial difficulty, they can speak in confidence with the Club Registrar, any member of the Executive Committee or a coach.
